"It's A Boy!"

Joseph Michael Smindak joined our community last Saturday, September 17, 1960, weighing full fix pounds and three ounces. Responsible for his arrival on this world were the well-known Joseph and Helen Smindak: he - a former president of the Ukrainian Youth League of North America; she - once known as Helen Perozak - former associate editor of THE UKRAINIAN WEEKLY.

Joseph, Jr. was born in the New York Infirmary, and according to the reports, mother and the baby are doing fine, and father is collecting the bills.
