U.S., Canada Representatives Meeting Belgrade

The United States and Canadian delegations to the Belgrade Review Conference have been meeting to discuss positions on various aspects of the Helsinki Final Act. Most countries emphasize the paramount importance of the implementation of human rights, particularly in the Soviet Union, the greatest violator.
