Iwachniuk Fund offers scholarships

OTTAWA - The Iwachniuk Ukrainian Studies and Research Fund of the University of Ottawa has announced the availability of four graduate scholarships of $4,000 each for students majoring in Ukrainian literature and linguistics in the Department of Slavic Studies at the University of Ottawa in the 1982-83 academic year.

The fund also will provide two scholarships of $2,000 each for undergraduate students with marks not less than A- (85 percent) who have intentions of continuing in the field of Ukrainian studies at the University of Ottawa.

Closing date for receipt of applications is February 1982. Later applications sent before June 1982 will be considered.
