Correction

In the article "Investment forum explores Ukrainian market" (February 9), a remark regarding Ukraine's oil potential was attributed to Ed Southern, chief executive officer of UK-RAN Oil Corp. of Calgary. In fact, the remark was made by Markian B. Silecky, counsel for UK-RAN Oil Corp., as Mr. Southern was unable to attend due to illness.
