Ukrainian national security to be in the spotlight at Kennan Institute

WASHINGTON - An international conference on Ukrainian national security, sponsored by the Kennan Institute of the Woodrow Wilson Center, the Harriman Institute of Columbia Univesity, the RAND Corp. and the Institute of International Relations, Kyiv, will be held May 8-9 at The Woodrow Wilson Center Library.
