harvest season as people worked in their fields and prepared for the winter
season. He was invited into peoples' homes and listened to stories of life,
hardship and love. Mr. Griffin's paintings are inspired by the warmth,
generosity and strength of the people he met. The opening reception is
on June 1, at 3-7 p.m. at the art foundation, 2118A Bloor St. W. Gallery
hours: Tuesday - Saturday, noon-6 p.m.; Sunday, 1-5 p.m. The exhibit runs
