Correction

The review by Dr. Frank Sysyn of the Polish film "With Fire and Sword" which appeared in the May 23 issue of The Weekly, ommitted a phrase in the second column, second to last sentence in the second paragraph. The sentence, which mistakenly reads "Wisniowiecki emerges as the only figure who analyzes events and situations, even discussing social questions," should read: "Wisniowiecki emerges as a simplistic and cruel advocate of war, though the Ukrainian charge against him as a 'Ruthenian who became a Pole' is not introduced. Khmelnytsky emerges as the only figure who analyzes events and situations, even discussing social questions."

Moreover, in the last paragraph of the review, which refers to the political views of the Russian actor Aleksandr Domogarov who describes his role on the film's website, the date "1955 [sic]" should read "1995 [sic]."
