NATO commander visits Kyiv

Gen. Wesley Clark, commander-in-chief of the U.S. European Command and supreme allied commander for Europe (right), speaks with Ukraine's Defense Minister Oleksander Kuzmuk, while they pass by an honor guard in Kyiv on February 8.
