Year in review: errata

In our "2001: Year in Review" supplement (January 6), the section titled "Noteworthy in Y2K+1: events, people, etc." was missing a line from the listing of top Ukrainian heroes/heroines. No. 3 on the list was: Ivan Franko (1856-1916), writer, scholar, publicist, and political and civic leader.

Also, the caption to a photo published with the section titled "The Gongadze case: a murder still unsolved" incorrectly referred to Lesia Gongadze as the wife of Heorhii Gongadze. As correctly noted in the story, she is Mr. Gongadze's mother.
