- a U.S. official who asked not to be named, as reported from Washington by Reuters on November 1, in commenting on U.S.-Ukraine relations which currently are under a cloud due to suspicions that Ukraine sold a Kolchuha system to Iraq in violation of United Nations sanctions. Washington's relations with Belarus, according to Reuters, are worse than with any other European country.
