Ocean County community raises Ukrainian flag

TOMS RIVER, N.J. - The Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders recently joined with members of the Ukrainian American Club of Ocean County in raising the Ukrainian flag at the Administration Building in Toms River. The ceremony marked the 14th anniversary of Ukraine's independence.
