Following is the full text of a submission by Dr. Roman Serbyn of
the Information and Anti-Defamation Commission of the Ukrainian Canadian
Committee's Montreal branch to the Commission of Inquiry on War Criminals.
The submission was made on May 6
Soviet-supplied evidence is inherently suspect
