Rochester community vows to present gift to Nadiya Savchenko upon her release

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Ukrainian community of Rochester, N.Y., has a “Free Nadiya Blouse” that it will gift to Nadiya Savchenko upon her release from illegal incarceration in a Russian prison and her return to Ukraine.
