Actor Vera Farmiga was nominated for Best Actress in a Drama Series at the Critic’s Choice Award on May 31 in Los Angeles for her role as Norma Bates in the A&E series “Bates Motel.”
Katheryn Winnick, who plays Legertha on the History channel series “Vikings,” was nominated for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series.
The event was hosted by the Broadcast Television Journalists Association.
The “Vikings” series also was nominated for the “Most Bingeworthy” category. “Bates Motel” was signed on to two more seasons (seasons four and five) and “Vikings” was renewed for a fourth season.
